We had so many entrants - over both email and on the blogger comments for the Lucky Fiona Giveaway! This came as no surprise to me as I love the collars that she creates as well! However, because of the tremendous response I could not make the decision alone! So, I sent over the top comments to Shannon, the owner/designer, of Lucky Fiona Designs; and asked her to pick!
