Well, ok, maybe you don't dream about things like I do. . .but I'm on the hunt for a beautiful mercury glass cake plate. A couple years ago Pottery Barn had a fantastic one - but it is no more. So keep your little eyes peeled and if you see one, let me know!

Don't want to rub it in that I have that mercury glass cake stand, but I have it as my centerpiece right now! I put our monogram on a white pumpkin and placed it on top of the stand with some branches, etc. The table is set with our ivory dishes and the orange baroque appetizer plates from PB as well :)
