Shanna and I first met when we lived in LA, now the author of 'Hip Chicks Cook' resides in Portland, Oregon. Shanna blogs to share her new found love of cooking with her readers! She writes about recipes that she has already tried and ones that her girlfriends love. Her mantra comes from the lovely Paula Deen as she states "Best dishes, from my kitchen to yours. . ."
